Julian Lucas, is the publisher and founder of The Pomonan, California. The Pomonan focuses art, especially photography, and covers the most important and immediate, environmental, and social concerns within the state.

Julian is also a fine art photographer, photojournalist, and creative strategist. Julian has lived in Chicago, Inglewood, CA, Portland, OR and the suburbs of Los Angeles County including Pomona.

And what I see is many people who live where I live are and have been taken advantage of because there isn’t any other news source other than those who only use their platform for PR purposes.
